Our items are made to order to help us operate as sustainably as possible. Please allow 3–5 working days for production. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Binks & Bo is a small, family run brand, everything you order is carefully packed, wrapped, and posted by Flick and Steve (often with a cup of tea in hand! 🤠).

Shipping

  • UK: £3.80 standard delivery, or free UK delivery on orders over £70.
  • International: £15 for a cap or tee. Orders containing more than this are shipped for £20.

Because we’re a small independent business, it really helps if you can double check our size guides before placing your order. It keeps returns low and helps us keep things running smoothly.

I originally ordered the cap in red however it was sold out. Felicity emailed me and let me pick a different colour. When it arrived I was over the moon and i liked it even more than the red! Felicity made sure it was correct and even put it through quality control a second time because it failed the first. She really listens to her customers and makes sure they get the best product and the best experience! I will definitely be ordering again x

The wrong coloured hat was sent ,and after several emails with no response Felicity final emailed and said I could return it as the colour i wanted was now sold out ! I still have not recieved a returns label ,so still no refund. Poor communication and such dissapointing customer service

Every Binks & Bo piece is made after you order it, not pulled off a warehouse shelf. That means 3-5 days for your garment to be printed, finished, and checked by hand here in the UK. No overproduction, no mass-made stock sitting around waiting to be sold, just yours, made when you ask for it. It's slower than fast fashion. That's kind of the point.
