Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Binks & Bo order 🤎
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to help — but as a small, family-run brand with hand-printed garments, we do have a few important things to keep in mind.

Important Information

  • Our returns policy is 30 days from the day you receive your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging (packing slip included where applicable).
  • Because we’re able to resell returned items, shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You must contact us before sending anything back.
    Unannounced returns cannot be accepted. Please contact us here. 

Starting a Return 

Contact us here and we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: customers are responsible for return postage, and we cannot accept unpaid  parcels

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for socks (for hygiene reasons), sale items, gift cards, custom / made-to-order sizes

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original order, and once it’s been accepted, place a new order for your preferred item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, though banks may take 5–7 working days to show the funds.
